An 80's baby, Charles grew up in a loving family of four, alongside his sister, under the nurturing care of his parents. His father was a big dreamer, an imaginative man who worked in automotive drafting and graphic design. Despite his immense potential and opportunities, he never quite achieved the lofty success he dreamed of. While the family had everything they needed, there was always a sense of untapped greatness.

From a young age, Charles exhibited signs of creativity and entrepreneurship, much like his father. As a young teenager, he designed an entire city using Microsoft Paint on a Windows 95 machine, envisioning businesses that his family could own—from a music studio and a hair salon to computer services. This desire to create was bolstered by a childhood friend who encouraged him to dream big. Gifted with a notebook, Charles meticulously wrote down aspirations for a dream home complete with a theater, a gaming center, and even a basketball court—a notebook he cherishes to this day.

His journey took another meaningful turn when a mentor gifted him his first self-help book, "How to Think Like A Millionaire." This book was a watershed moment, instigating a hunger for success beyond the conventional path of college and a stable job. Although he briefly attended community college for automotive design, like his father, he soon realized that the traditional educational route was not for him. Supported by yet another childhood friend, he was encouraged to chase his dreams without the fetters of societal norms and college debts. This was the nudge Charles needed to start carving out his own path, setting the stage for the entrepreneur he would become.

Fresh out of community college, Charles entered the workforce, still fueled by the dreams and ambitions that had been instilled in him since childhood. His professional journey led him to the Information Security sector, where both the demands and stakes were high. In this role, Charles gained a deep understanding of the technical intricacies that businesses face, along with the monumental responsibility of safeguarding confidential data.

However, Charles longed for more. The opportunity for change came when he decided to pivot his career to be more present in his son's life. But just as he thought he had his next move figured out, the job he was transitioning to fell through. Life presented him with a formidable wall, but also an unprecedented opportunity. With his previous job no longer a viable option, he was faced with a critical decision: either return to the Information Security field, find another traditional job, or make a radical leap into entrepreneurship.

Risking it all, Charles cashed out his 401k, maxed out his credit cards, and took the plunge into the world of online marketing. For years, he had fantasized about owning his own business and achieving the level of success that his father had always dreamed of but never realized. Now, with no restraints holding him back, he went all in.

Although the entrepreneurial path was replete with highs and lows, it wasn't without its challenges. Multiple ventures failed to generate the returns he needed to sustain his family and cover the ongoing legal fees from a lengthy custody battle. However, the tide began to turn in 2019 when Charles landed a partnership with a major marketing company, providing technical support to their customers. By 2020, he had joined the OFA live tech support team, a role that illuminated a pressing issue in the entrepreneurial world—people losing momentum due to technical difficulties.

During a stint as a tech support specialist for a major marketing company, Charles discovered a pressing issue many entrepreneurs faced: their momentum was stalled by technical setbacks. This revelation came in 2020 while he was part of the OFA (One Funnel Away) live tech support team. Realizing the scale of this problem and its impact, Charles founded CF Support Pros in February 2021, alongside partners James Wrest and Hiram Garcia.

Though the company is still in its formative phase, it has garnered success stories, helping entrepreneurs focus on their passion without being bogged down by technical issues. Each client served and every lesson learned is shaping CF Support Pros into a business aimed at empowering its customers.

Being a father has always been Charles's most cherished role, one that he fought passionately for during a grueling custody battle lasting from 2017 to 2022. This experience fortified his determination in both personal and professional aspects. A devout follower of Jesus Christ, his faith has been his cornerstone, providing him the strength and resilience to navigate life's complex challenges. His belief in empowering others and making a meaningful impact is directly influenced by his Christian values, shaping not just his career but also his relationships with his family and community.
